Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using pigi.dev (the "Service") operated by Pigi ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pigi is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps development teams manage and distribute AI coding assistant configurations (agents, MCP servers, instructions, and documents) across multiple AI tools. Features and limits vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
- Accounts registered by automated means are prohibited.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; their privacy policy applies to payment data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written consent.
- Use the Service to store, transmit, or process data that infringes third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these restrictions without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pigi and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all configuration data, agent definitions, and documents you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your data or use your configuration data to train AI models.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pigi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a contract for our paid subscription plans within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at legal@pigi.dev with a clear statement of your decision. We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
By starting your subscription and accessing the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly acknowledge that the Service is delivered digitally and performance begins immediately. You agree that your right of withdrawal is thereby waived once the Service has been fully performed, as permitted under Art. 16(a) and (m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This waiver does not apply if you have not been informed of it prior to purchase.
This withdrawal right does not apply to Business customers (B2B) purchasing on behalf of a legal entity.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. Germany / Federal Republic of Germany], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY, COUNTRY].
